When I was a Program Manager and was forced to use Microsoft Project 2000 (standalone) to report Earned Value across the portfolio. I soon realized that I needed more than what I had self-taught. I need some basic tips from an expert. So here is your chance, you can even submit questions to us prior to the webcast for inclusion in our Response Session. Even though I had years of using Microsoft Project, it was not until I had learned a few of these techniques when I realized how powerful, simple, and what a time saver Microsoft Project is.
Whether you are in a similar situation, looking to increase your Microsoft Project techniques, or just need the PDU’s – this hands-on course if for you. As our sister MPUG chapters will agree, ‘Very few Project Managers/Schedulers realize that learning a few techniques will provide the missing value from understanding Microsoft Project.’ It is this value that was an eye-opener to several others that have attended similar MPUG supported webcasts.
