In this presentation / seminar, a project management veteran with 35 years of experience provides his unique perspective about trends to be aware of, items to be included in the project manager's tool box, skills essential to leading project teams to a successful close, and the best practices that are emerging for achieving project objectives and organizational strategic goals.
