Oakwood continues to grow and with that growth come the need to add Project Coordinators to our team.
Position Description:
Project Coordinators are responsible for scheduling and ensuring the completion of the contractual agreements of six to ten engagements. The engagements could include software development, systems engineering, and/or IT strategic planning.
The next career step would be to lead the delivery of the projects, managing the team members and client relationships, as well as facilitating between the Oakwood delivery assurance and sales team members.
Required Skills and Experience:

Three to seven years working as a business analyst, software/report developer, systems administrator, data analyst, etc…

One to three years of project coordination/scheduling experience, having been involved in full life cycle projects

Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management, as well as the business and technical communities

Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation abilities

Excellent organization and facilitation skills

Demonstrated ability to be productive independently and/or as a team member

Professional image and demeanor with the ability to present oneself in a consultative, confident manner

Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Experience working with iterative development (i.e., Agile, RUP)
- Experience working with Microsoft Project, MS Project Server, OneNote, Visio, and SharePoint Administration
