Featured Event Feb 7: Using Project Like a PMP
This session focuses on using Microsoft Project to implement the PMI methodology: creating the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) dictionaries, using WBS numbering, using the network view to facilitate critical path analysis, using column filtering to focus on critical path work packages, and using Project to do EVM Analysis. The session will use Project 2010 but techniques covered can be used in Project 2007 too. Presented by Techknowledgy's Pete Matassa.
