Having Trouble Hearing WebNLearn Events?
If you're having trouble with the audio functionality of a LiveMeeting event during one of the MPUG WebNLearns, you may discover that the problem originates with your corporate firewall or VPN. In this situation, you have two options:
- Contact your IT department to troubleshoot the problem if you wish to continue using your work PC.
- Move your participation to a private home PC, which probably doesn't have the same VPN client obstacles your work system has.
Thanks to MPUG member Carsten Johannesen in Denmark for his insights on this issue!
