Why Volunteer?
Becoming a MPUG Chapter Leader is a prestigious assignment. As a volunteer chapter advocate, you’ll help foster a vibrant,thriving community of Microsoft Office Project practitioners in your local area. Share your expertise and further your leadership skills with a one year commitment. Volunteers:

Help facilitate quarterly events in your region’s Chapter, where MPUG members come together to learn and share information with their project management peers in a fun, comfortable setting.

Manage the Chapter’s home page content, announcements, etc. on www.mpug.com – fostering collaboration and communication

Support and drive shared content and ideas from members and speakers

Collaborate with MPUG leaders and Chapter Advisory Council members on best practices
And, for your hard word you:
ü Earn 10 Project Management Institute (PMI) Professional Development Units (PDUs) given for 1 year chapter commitment. Plus the opportunity to earn additional PDUs via chapter meetings, articles and presentations.
ü Increase professional network, skills, knowledge and leadership
ü Provide feedback to improve MPUG community experience
ü Collaborate with Microsoft leaders
ü Interact with leaders around world…and more
