Event Description:

Looking for a method to use MSP to manage Agile development efforts? Look no further! ECHO is a standards-based framework, initially built on the Microsoft product suite, which facilitates faster iterative delivery and enables consistent planning and reporting across all types of projects. For Federal agencies in particular, ECHO facilitates adoption of Agile by providing a path to migrate appropriate projects to iterative methodologies in compliance with federal regulations and guidance. ECHO is not an add-on, but a framework available to you now!

Project Management Institute (PMI)® Professional Development Units (PDUs):
This Webinar is eligible for 1 PMI® PDU in the Technical category of the Talent Triangle.
