Event Description:

Lisa Sams of GoGoAir will take you inside Microsoft Project Online + Microsoft Power BI all-cloud Project Management implementation, including how business processes can be mapped onto the tools, and how they rapidly reengineered the typical Excel + PowerPoint manual production slog into an automated, agile, and responsive platform that supports all stakeholders, including executives. She will show how they modularize their Programs using Master Schedules and how they use Task-level coding that standardizes processes — all of which leads up to the big Milestone: Internet and entertainment on your flight.

Then Dan Friedrich of FK&A will provide a brief architectural overview of how GoGoAir’s Project Management solution works, and when it might be a good fit for other organizations.

This was originally presented at a recent MPUG Chicago meeting – so, in effect, that was Test and this webinar is Production!
