Hosted by New York City Chapter of MPUG

Event description:

This session will cut through the stigma of using Microsoft Project’s leveling feature to provide an effective tool for managing resource utilization.  Microsoft Project leveling is a powerful tool that, when used correctly, can make the difference between working the tool and having the tool work for you.  Once you learn how to maximize its capabilities you will wonder how you ever managed projects without it.
