He has over 26 years of experience in the design, implementation and training of project and portfolio management systems and processes.  Since 1995, his efforts have been focused on Microsoft technology, with a strong emphasis in Microsoft Project, Project Server and Project Online.  His background encompasses a wide variety of vertical industries, methodologies and approaches.  Jim currently works to provide insights and solutions for organizations looking to solve the challenges of distributed teams, fragmented/disconnected tools and multiple methodologies like Waterfall and Agile.
