Joe Sacco

Joe Sacco is a Senior Consultant with Protivix Business Solutions. He is part of the delivery team at Protivix specializing in Microsoft Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. Joe has focused on project and program management for the past 10 years acquiring his PMP, RMP, and CSM certifications. He provides project professional, project online, and project server consulting services both from a technical and process perspective. Joe is a certified Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) facilitator and enjoys facilitating learning experiences with our customers.
Before joining Protivix, Joe was the PMO Manager at Business Resource Group a consulting company that specialized in real estate management system implementations and services. Joe has also worked in the financial services, manufacturing, and supply chain industries. He has over 25 years of experience in IT management, business analysis, software development, and project/program management. Joe also teaches project management for Ferris State University as time permits.
A Grand Rapids, Michigan native now living in Richardson TX, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Ferris State University. He completed a Master of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the Ferris State University, specializing in quality management and process improvement.
When not leading projects or facilitating learning, Joe likes to spend time with his family or one of his many interests including teaching, yoga, strength training, nutrition, philosophy, meditation, finance & investing, writing/blogging, reading, and music.

  1. This was very good session with a lot of good ideas on how to better use MS Project with Agile scrum sprints.
    Also demonstrated the Timeline feature for reporting.
