This course provides an overview of how to manage a project’s resources, timeline and cost through effective critical path modeling using Microsoft Project. This step by step approach addresses some of the common challenges in project estimating, including limited resource availability, multiple parallel activities, support activities, and accounting for time off, sick leave and minor changes.
