June 28 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

It allows Project Managers with a way to accurately predict the future and overall performance of a project but using information gathered on completed work. Using EVM one can monitor, report and correct project performance issues earlier in the project’s life than non-EVM managed projects allow. This 3 part series will serve as a basis for EVM and will allow PM to start their EVM journey.
This presentation (week 3) is focused on EVM reporting metrics, how they impact the health (or lack of health in a project) and other reporting mechanisms you may encounter when tracking and measuring EVM.
