This interactive event will include a hands-on lab featuring “Project Team Builder” (PTB) by SandboxModel. This scientifically based project simulator enables users to test project assumptions in scheduling, budgeting, resourcing and quality all with the goal of reducing project risk and generating better project results. We will spend the evening in the computer lab exploring what happens when we take a MS Project file and run it through the simulator.
