Join the Boston Chapter of MPUG for our next meeting on Wednesday November 4, 2015 where the topic will be “Critical Path and Other Blazed Trails”. This interactive presentation and discussion will be delivered by Mr. Vernon Valero, PMP at our regular meeting location: Constant Contact in Waltham, MA.
Have you ever become lost in the dark forest of difficult projects? Do you think that the Critical Path might be the trail to success? Do you often wish that Critical Path was more obvious in Microsoft Project? Are there other important trails in the project forest?
• What’s critical and why
• How Microsoft Project can help
• Other trails of interest (Risk, Resource, …)
During this event, attendees will learn…
1. How to create a schedule with obvious critical path(s)
2. Microsoft Project Critical Path features
3. Recognize other non-time based paths important to project success and to others.
