Hi Megan, unfortunately I’m kind of at a loss. I’ve always known Project to create another Global, and that global is always the default. I’m grasping at straws here but you could try moving the global out completely. If that doesn’t work try repairing Project in Control Panel / Programs and Features. You said you have Project 2010 and 2013. This should be fine, but try doing these steps concurrently to both versions. Maybe remove a version, delete all the associated folders for that version, do the above, and try again. Maybe it’s a bug between versions that you’ve hit on. I wish I could help more…??
