James,I believe your question has to do with where you are adding tasks and resources. If you add a resource in the resource pool, you will not get an error. Likewise, if you add a task in a task view you won’t get an error. The error in coming up because you are attempting to add a resource from a non-resource view (like the Gantt Chart).
