IMO, creating a copy of the Task Details Form view and opening it in a new window (Shift+F11 and Window | Arrange All) seem the only way to get a similar functionality. It will not be interactive with the other window (i.e. the combination view of a task view on the top + a Task Details Form view on the bottom) but it will allow us to apply another detail of the form view.
