A number of things can cause this. Check that you haven’t assigned any predecessors or successors or constraints to any of your Summary Lines. Next, check your “Status” date by going to “Project”, “Project Information”. Another possible but unlikely cause is your project calendar or your resource calendar or task calendar. If none of these is the cause, email me your file and I’ll check out some other possibilities.
