Well, I’m not sure whether it’s normal, but i would suggest http://www.microsoft.com/project.  Additionally, check out a few blogs, shameless plug for http://www.applepark.co.uk where I’ve posted one item on MSP 2013.

Additionally, we’ll be running some MPUG web and learn events from the UK which will focus on 2013.
