The simple answer is No! There is no way to prevent anyone who has access to your project from see everything. However, there are ways round this.
You could just use generic costs for resources so that workers can’t compare their earnings.
You could copy the costings data to Excel and then zero all cost information. Then, when you need to have costings, copy them back temporarily.
