      I just when into Project Online to look at the distribution lists that I use to include resources via active directory sync.
      The sync list was empty and yet it showed it sync’d successfully this morning.
      I did not delete the active directory distribution lists to sync with.
      I have since reentered the distrib lists to use and resync’d

      Any idea how they could have disappeared?

      I just reinstated the distribution lists and all is well.

      Likely Gremlins at work …
