Baselining Selected Tasks Issues

I currently have a Master Plan comprising of 85 individual projects and have recently experienced that when I save a new baseline for an individual project, it shows the “baseline last saved on” date for every individual project in the entire project.

For example, I highlight an individual plan within the Master Plan and choose set baseline 3 for selected tasks and check the roll up baselines boxes. This works and I am able to see it in the gantt chart. Then the same day I am working on another individual plan within the Master Plan which is still only at baseline 2 and I want to save a baseline 3, but when I go to set the baseline 3 it shows that there is already a baseline 3 saved.

I haven’t had this problem before and was able to go from one individual project showing 3 baselines saved, to another showing only 2 baselines saved and with the dates it was done. I am wondering if I accidentally changed a setting somewhere, has anyone else had this happen before?
