      1. Is there a source or way to get questions answered QUICKLY if we are stuck and not sure how to proceed to completion?
      2. Best way to export a schedule if customer can’t open it etc. and accordingly, what is the best way to purchase project based
      on this i.e. version 2013,2016,2019, online ?

      To be honest I think the best way is to find a person who is willing to work on that kind of support. There are several of us who monitor and respond to these and other forums, but they are not our primary job and can easily get looked over.

      As far as your schedule is concerned, saving it as a PDF tends to be a common method. Microsoft makes setting up an Office 365 subscription pretty easy. Otherwise there are lots of stores (online and brick-n-mortar) happy to sell it to you. The standard version is a lot cheaper than the professional, which is what you are paying for with O365.
