Without the built-in macros like 2007 had, what’s the easiest way to change an existing schedule’s duration type?  I’ve changed the settings under File > Options > Schedule but it didn’t change any of the task durations.
      Thanks,
      Ed

I normally insert the column "Type". This gives me the duration type for each activity and the ability to change to another type. Note, it doesn’t include the Effort Driven option.

The settings under File > Options > Schedule will only be taken into account for the newly created tasks. You’ll have the change the duration type for the already existing tasks ‘manually’ (like suggested using the Type column).

      Ed,
Try File/Options/Add-ins and look for the Format Durations add-in.
