      It is easy to color code the task bar in the calendar view between 2 different colors based on 1 flag criteria. How is this done if there are multiple flag columns. For example, if Yes, then flag 1 = yellow, flag 2 = orange, etc. Although there are multiple flags, a task only has a Yes in only one of the flags. Thanks for your help!

      Stephanie, the only way I can think of to do that kind of conditional formatting is with VBA. I wouldn’t be the person to help with that but I do know people that can. If you don’t get a response here or in your research, let me know and I can direct you to some help.
