As I’m building a resource team in Project Pro 2007, I have created a custom filter to select resources from my field office. There is an option to let me save the filter and it appears the functionality stores this with project. It is not available to me when I create another project. Is there a way I can create and save these filters globally so others can use them through Project Server 2007?

      Thanks for the help.

Proper way to access your new filter for all projects is to use the organizer and copy the filter to the global.mpt.  Aritfacts from your global (views, tables, filters, groups, etc) become available for all projects.  Open only the project that has your custom filter, select tools / organizer, select the Filters tab, and copy the custom filter (probably from the right side) to the global (probably the left side.  Let me know if you have any addtional questions.
      Thanks,
