How do you create a project in PWA from a Sharepoint list?

We have an environment where are requested projects are kept in a SharePoint list.
At a certain point, we would like to create a PWA project from the data kept on the list.
Can someone point me in the right direction on how to do that? Please.

Norman, do a search on Project Server Ideation and you will find a lot of information. Basically, if you put the SharePoint list within the PWA site collection (as a list in PWA or in a sub-site), you will see a ribbon option to create a project. Mapping fields correctly is the key. Good luck…

Sorry, but I failed to mention that the list is not in the PWA domain. It is under a Team Site.

That’s the trick. The list needs to be under PWA, otherwise it doesn’t work.
