How to share MS project resources between multiple users?

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to share resources between different team members. Each team member has their own set of projects, so I would like for them to be able to choose resources from the same “pool”, so I can compile all the projects in a Master MS Project file, and evaluate resources accordingly. The issue I am having is my coworkers cannot access the MS Project Resource file that I created.
When they go to Resources > Resource Pool > Share Resources, the resource file does not show up. Does anyone know how to do this?

The PM needs to have both their project and the resource pool open in order to initiate a share. Does that help?
