      We are currently making changes to our schedule template – this will be applied to new projects going forward.  My question is how have any of you taken schedule template changes made in the scenario above and retrofitted existing projects with them?  Did you have your project managers do these manually? Or did you accomplish this VBA? what have any of you done in this situation?

      I’ve been part of both methods. I’ve rarely found it worth while retro fitting template changes though.

      Rod, What challenges did you face doing it the VBA method? If you had to recommend one method over the other based on your experience which one would you recommend and why? thank you for your input! Gemma
