We are currently making changes to our schedule template – this will be applied to new projects going forward. My question is how have any of you taken schedule template changes made in the scenario above and retrofitted existing projects with them? Did you have your project managers do these manually? Or did you accomplish this VBA? what have any of you done in this situation?
