      Dear All,

I`m ending my master degree and I want to prepare implementation base of MS Project software.
One of my tasks is to prepare two reports “Material cost of end tasks” and “Material cost of one project period”.
Could somebody tell me, how to do it?

      Thanks in advance,

      Pawel

Pawel, assuming you are using Project 2013 or higher you should be able to get both reports from the Reports function. If you are using fixed cost task field you can get them both using a task view. If you are using materials resources then it might require a bit of tweaking. Reporting on tasks and resources can be a challenge. One option is to (1) make sure that the material resources are assigned separate from work resources, and (2) flag the material tasks using a task custom field. After that I’m thinking you can use filters to filter out tasks for report one and time for report two. Hope that helps…
