I am working with subprojects (3 subproject different work plans in one master plan) all these subprojects. I would like to see the overall work planned, is there a way to calculate it for all the subproject concentrating in an overall % Planned?

      Thanks
      Gustavo

Gustavo, the best way to combine all resource requirements is to use a resource pool. A resource pool is basically a separate project that only contains resources, with all other projects using those resources instead of the resources within their own project. It’s a pretty big topic with a few caveats, but it allows you to see resource requirements for a single project or all projects. I suggest starting with reading some articles and Webinars to get started (too big of a topic for a quick answer). MPUG has several of both that will help you out. Good luck…
