MS Project – Same Task showing in multiple Sites

Hello everyone, im not sure if this is at all possible. I will try my best to explain. I have a project which has multiple sites on it and for each site there are various elements that have to be in place to get them ready for a event lets use “Equipment as a example. I want this task against all of the sites so colleagues can see easily this is being managed for each site however as there are a lot of sites (around 50) i don’t want to have to go into each equipment task to update them, i have created a overarching equipment task but what i need to know is how can i control all of the equipment tasks through this one, its basically one task but i need it reflected in multiple places.
