Hello All,

I am using MSP2016, have created a schedule and assigned around 30 resources on a task. While i export/copy the task with Assigned Resource names to excel, Resource names are being truncated.

Is there any other alternative way of doing this.

Your suggestions are much appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Niranjan, the maximum character length for a text field is 255 characters. That is where exports will cut off the field. One suggestion if this is an option for you is to use the Initials field and enter a shortened version of the person’s name. Hope that helps…
