Need Cost Formula for Project Template

I have created a CAPEX and OPEX Cost Custom Field in my Project template in Project 2010.  I need help with Cost Formula for both of Custom Field

Operatioanl Cost Custom Field is – OPEX Cost Custom Field – ADD cost for “Initiation Phase” and “Feasibility Phase”
Capital Cost – CAPEX should be –  Add cost og “Planning and Design Phase” “Implementation Phase” “Closure Phase”
