When users enter their actual hours work in the timesheet and save the entry the system is not updating the remaining or actual hours worked in the table. Also, it will not allow users to adjust the remaining hours of work in the table.
Task Settings and Display set to Actual work done and work remaining; Resources should report their hours worked every day.
Timesheet settings and defaults set to Current task assignments; Default timesheet tracking units are Days; Default timesheet units is hours; Allow future time reporting.
Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve?
Hi Beth, Is single entry mode in Timesheet settings and Defaults in PWA settings ON? Only if this is ON, Task progress entered in Timesheet page will be synchronized against the tasks in Task page and vice versa.
