    Hello,

I’m a project server administrator I want to allow some specific permission to some users:

1- View (only access) – we want them to see the projects, but not have the ability to edit them

2- To see ALL open project whether they are actually working on the project or not but only projects of their service:
if they are under ManagerX on RBS, example: ManagerX-MemberY; So MembrerY should see all projects visible to ManagerX but without
    editing

    Thanks

    Hi Eric, try this.
    1. Copy the My Organization category, set the projects section to Only include the selected projects, and select the 3rd and/or 4th checkoxes depending on how your RBS is setup.
    2. Copy the Portfolio View group but assign the new category instead of My Organization.
O course you can use the Portfolio View group if that’s the only use but you do need to change the My Organization category because it is used by other groups including Administrator. That should work without testing it myself but let me know if you have questions.
