      For those who are using Project Online and the “click to run” Project Professional 2016 client: Can this client be used when not connected to Project Online? With our on-prem Project Server, we can save a project as a local file and work with it offline, or work with the project that is automatically cached by Project Pro and then sync back up to the server when reconnected. This is important functionality for our PMO. Any experience with this?

      Walter, yes you can. The Manage Accounts functionality is the same in both clients, and you can manage local projects.
