      Can a person with just Project Online Essentials go to the Project Center and open projects?
      Can that person also go to the Resource Center and see what his team is working on and how utilized they are?

      I am not talking about that person changing a project or changing resource attributes …

      John, the licensing document isn’t exactly clear on your first question but this is what I understand. A Project Essentials user can go to the Project Server and view a project in PWA, but cannot edit a project in Project Pro or PWA. They also cannot review resource utilization in the Resource Center. That one is clear. Hope that helps…
