    I have a planned baselined however we all know things don’t go to plan. I meet with the team weekly to get percentage complete and also new target completion dates for tasks not on target. I am updating the finish date but not sure if this is correct. I have read some articles about needed to set the status date and then update. Just want to get advice on what is the proper way to update a schedule so I can be aware and report on any variances? Also, how do you treat new tasks which are added throughout the project?
