    Does anyone deal with Vendor project schedules often?  Do you include that information in your reporting?  If so, what is the general approach for including them in reporting (srss, data analysis, or other)?

    Hi Jennifer,
    It depends what your tring to do. Most places Ive worked treat the vendor activities as part of the main project, so;
    If you’re looking at a vendor Subproject in Project server and the vendor cant have access yet you want to feed them dates for activities (as they change) than a SRSS PDF report mailed to them could do the trick.
    If you have vendor tasks that you need to report on internally in terms of contract management, then I would create a custom field on the resources with a vendor name and creeate a SRSS report showing estimates v actuals late start, late finish ect…
