I’ve inherited a MS Project 2013 schedule and would like to run a report of all fields used. Any ideas?
Thanks – this did the trick!
You can use the subroutine here at https://www.msptips.com/#Tip7 for the custom fields. As for the non-custom fields, there are hundreds of fields (in several categories) initialized by Project as soon as we enter a task, resource information and create an assignment. IMO, it would be more practical to review a project plan based on the scheduling data produced, rather than the fields used. This is the help article listing all the fields available in Project 2013: https://office.microsoft.com/en-us/project-help/available-fields-reference-HA102749299.aspx Pls also see this article: https://office.microsoft.com/en-001/project-help/how-scheduling-works-in-project-HA010373148.aspx
