We currently just have a PIPELINE project status to differentiate between live and yet to be approved projects.
Is that the best way to do this? What is the best practice for setting up pipeline projects?
Hey John. Yes, it is very common to setup a custom field with a lookup table to identify where the project is in the lifecycle. Very mature instances can use a workflow, but the great majority use exactly what you are looking at.
