Toggling resource allocation for project tasks

Hi,

I would like to know if there is any way that will allow one to toggle the resource loading for the tasks of a project, between 75% and 100%.

The reason I am asking this is because I am using 75% loading as a buffer to account for unaccounted activities. However, showing the team the schedules based on 75% would encourage them to spend the entire buffered duration assigned to the task. I would like to show the plan at 100% to the team while presenting a 75% effort to the management.

Is there a way to toggle between the two at will?

Kogepan. Not really, at least not easily. Are people looking at work and duration? Can you show the duration without displaying Work, at least to your management? Just trying to come up with a few questions.
