I have a Project with more than 300 tasks.
I made the “mistake” assigned both, costs and work resources, to each task.
I said “made mistake” because when tracking progress I realized that the costs resources were not updated. I had to manually update the costs in the Task Usage View (tracking table, actual cost field/column).This is how MS Project works. Ok. Next time is better add tasks with only costs resources.
My question/Issue is: After Tracking, in the Earned Value Table, the value PV(BCWS) IS ALSO NOT UPDATED. This field I can do nothing!
Solution?
