View resource hours for a single project in a resource pool

I created a resource pool to manage resources across projects however now I can’t see the resource usage on a single project, the ‘resource usage’ view just shows me the resource usage of the whole pool (i.e. all the projects in the pool). In order to make sure that each project is aligned with it’s budget, I would like to look at the total hours I have entered for each resource on a project by project basis. The only way I have figured out to do this is to unlink each project file from the resource pool temporarily so that the ‘resource usage’ view only shows the hours for that project. Then when I’m done I have to share with the resource pool again. This is clunky and if I forget to re-share with the resource pool could be problematic, is there a better way?

Try opening the project and not open the resource pool. Hope that helps…
