Visual reports error when exporting

We have a very large MSP (16MB) for MS Project Professional 2010. Every week, we export the data into an OLAP cube for additional reporting. this week, we got an error when doing Baseline Cost report on a weekly level of usage:

Your project is too large to support the level of data you have chosen. To create a report off your project, try selecting a less precise level of usage data. For better performance, use the level that is automatically selected.

Any thoughts on what may have changed from last week to generate this error? We only updated % completes and actual start/end dates.

Any ways to fix this?
