  1. I found it very interesting that I have a copy of The Fast Forward MBA in Project Management” 2nd edition from over 10 years ago when I was considering taking my deep IT skills into the Project Management arena but instead went to work at Microsoft as a SharePoint administrator. Now having seen that book surface as the centerpiece of this presentation from that perspective is fun. I have an MBA and 20+ years as a Systems Engineer with very deep and broad SharePoint administration skills from my work on some of Microsoft’s largest SharePoint farms. I recently went back to school to switch from IT over to the business side of the house as an IT Project Manager. I am just finishing that skill upgrade at a local college for a CAPM and PMP certification and full project management curriculum. Part of that curriculum was a full course on Project 2016. I point all this out because watching this video you will get that “big picture” view of SharePoint and MS Project together. For me it is very refreshing to see Mr. Verzuh showing people how all of this technology can work together as a collaborative project environment. To me this was very intuitive but to see Mr. Verzuh validate that with his demonstration was very encouraging. This form is not letting me give it a rating but I liked the presentation and at a very high level it should get you thinking very constructively about the efficiencies involved in the knowledge transfer and communication for an enterprise project management environment.
