Modelling Risk and Uncertainty in Schedules

https://youtu.be/lJFUwtsDW60?t=3h1m34s

Presentation Description
All projects are subject to some risk and uncertainty. This session will review how these factors can be modeled in our project schedules and how this information can be used to both understand critical areas of the project (which may not be the critical path) and enhance the schedule to improve the overall chance of project success (defined as on time and to budget).

Learning Objectives
During this session students will learn how even small amounts of uncertainty can have a large impact and how these factors can be mitigated at the planning stage along with techniques for tracking and monitoring the impact of uncertainty as the project is executed.
