MPUG Tip – Learn From the MVP – Change the Duration of a Fixed Duration Task

Many companies exclusively use fixed duration tasks and Dale Howard knows one of the smallest but most useful tips to master this practice. He has a lot of experience and knows what changes Microsoft Project defaults to when you manually adjust work hours.
